Do you have any other pets in your home?

Have you had a dog before?

Would you intend to leave the puppy at home? If so, how frequently and for how long?

Describe your accommodation and whether you own or rent. Is it a flat/unit/apartment/other?

Is your property fully fenced?

Does the applicant or any family member have allergies to dogs?

Do you have acccess to a car in which the puppy can travel on a regular basis?

Can you devote time to educate, walk and play with your puppy on a daily basis?

Can you walk the puppy in busy conditions regularly?

Are you aware of and prepared to cope with normal puppy behaviour?

Please state any other committments you have which may affect your availability to exercise and socialise an ADNZT puppy

How would you describe your families activity level?

Does the entire family support the application?

How often and where do you travel?
